Privacy policy

Data submitted through private forms is used to manage availability enquiries, bookings, stay-related communications and, when the guest uses the private pre-registration form, to prepare the accommodation provider’s applicable guest registration and reporting obligations.

Pre-registration may include name and surnames, date of birth, sex, nationality, identity document details, usual residence and contact details. Images of identity documents are not requested. Identification data is stored encrypted and is only accessible through the accommodation’s authenticated private admin panel.

Llanes Home does not sell personal data or use these details for advertising. Data subject to the mandatory guest register is retained for three years from the end of the stay. Arrival preferences and private portal access are retained for a shorter period and are removed or made inaccessible when no longer needed.

The portal does not automatically submit information to SES.Hospedajes and does not replace identity verification, signatures or any official procedure that may apply. Guests may exercise applicable data-protection rights through the accommodation’s contact details.
